Infection Preventionist RN or LPN Job Summary:

Complete Care at Brakeley Park, a leading provider of long-term care and rehabilitation services, is seeking a dedicated and knowledgeable Infection Preventionist RN or LPN to join our clinical team. As an Infection Preventionist, you will play a critical role in maintaining the highest standards of safety, quality care, and infection control throughout our center.

Responsibilities:

Infection Preventionist Lead and oversee the facility Infection Prevention & Control Program Monitor and investigate infections, outbreaks, and trends within the center Ensure compliance with CDC, CMS, OSHA, and NJ Department of Health regulations Conduct surveillance, audits, and reporting related to infection prevention Educate and train nursing staff on infection prevention protocols and best practices Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to improve resident outcomes and quality measures Maintain accurate documentation and participate in QAPI initiatives Assist with policy development and implementation related to infection prevention

Requirements:
