Assistant Director of Nursing (ADON) / Infection Preventionist We are seeking a dedicated and experienced ADON/Infection Preventionist to join our healthcare team. Responsibilities:

Assist the Director of Nursing with daily nursing department operations Support and supervise nursing staff to ensure quality resident care Develop, implement, and monitor infection prevention and control programs Conduct infection surveillance, investigations, and reporting Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and facility policies Provide staff education and training on infection prevention practices Participate in quality assurance and performance improvement initiatives Maintain accurate clinical and infection control documentation Promote a safe, clean, and resident-centered environment

Qualifications:

Current RN license in the State of New Jersey Previous ADON, Infection Preventionist, or nursing leadership experience preferred Skilled Nursing/LTC experience strongly preferred Strong knowledge of infection prevention and regulatory requirements Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills Why Join Our Team?
