Encompass Health seeks an Infection Prevention / Hospital Educator to lead infection control initiatives and staff education in our inpatient rehabilitation setting. This role develops, implements, and evaluates infection prevention programs, conducts surveillance and audits, educates clinical and non-clinical staff on best practices, and ensures compliance with regulatory standards. Collaborating closely with interdisciplinary teams, you will analyze infection data, guide performance improvement, support policy development, and mentor staff to promote a safe, patient-centered environment and a culture of clinical excellence and continuous improvement.
