Job Description
As an Infection Prevention/Hospital Educator at Encompass Health, you will lead infection prevention initiatives and staff education in an inpatient rehabilitation setting. You will develop, implement, and monitor infection control policies, conduct surveillance and audits, and analyze infection trends. You will plan and deliver orientation and ongoing clinical education, ensuring regulatory compliance and best practices. Partnering with an interdisciplinary team, you'll coach staff on safe practices, support quality improvement projects, and promote a culture of patient safety, clinical excellence, and continuous learning.
