Senior Beverage Application Technologist About the Opportunity We are seeking a Senior Beverage Application Technologist to lead beverage innovation and product development initiatives. This role combines hands-on formulation, customer collaboration, pilot plant execution, and commercialization support across a variety of beverage categories. The ideal candidate has strong beverage development experience and enjoys working directly with customers to bring concepts from the lab to market. Key Responsibilities Develop and formulate innovative beverage products for customer projects, demonstrations, and trade shows. Lead beverage application and product development projects from concept through commercialization. Partner directly with customers to provide technical support, including formulation, labeling, and regulatory guidance. Conduct pilot plant trials and support scale-up to manufacturing. Lead sensory evaluations and product testing to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction. Create product samples and support customer presentations and innovation initiatives. Identify alternative ingredient and raw material solutions when needed. Stay current with beverage industry trends, ingredients, and technologies. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Chemistry, or a related scientific field. Minimum 5 years of beverage application or product development experience (8+ years preferred).

Carbonated beverages Functional beverages Alcoholic beverages UHT beverages Experience with pilot plant operations and commercialization activities. Knowledge of beverage labeling and regulatory requirements. Strong communication and customer-facing skills. Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced R&D environment. Pay:

$120,000.00 - $125,000.00 per year
