• Apply a strong working knowledge of

raw materials and their appropriate use in flavor formulations.

• Create diverse flavor profiles that meet target physical, chemical, and organoleptic performance specifications.
• Develop production-viable flavor formulations that conform to established technical parameters, regulatory guidelines, and customer specific market requirements.
• Provides analytical and organoleptic support to the Quality Control department with the assessments of raw materials and finished flavors.
• Proficient ability to duplicate flavor profiles utilizing sensory evaluation, analytical data, and expert knowledge of raw material functionality.
• Conduct flavor training and provide technical support to sales and customers, including the presentation of flavor concepts and product demonstrations. Job Requirements
• Bachelor"s Degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, Food Science or an equivalent area.
• Completion of a recognized Flavorist training program
• Flavor creation and formulation for complex matrices/applications
• Demonstrated ability to independently create, optimize, and commercialize flavor formulations with limited supervision.
• Working knowledge of Microsoft Office software, formula management systems, and Enterprise Resource planning software.
