- Rotation between days and nights every 4 weeks
- 2-2-3 Schedule Job Summary Chemist Lv1 responsible for supporting food quality, food safety, laboratory testing, process improvement, and compliance activities within a food manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
- Perform analytical and laboratory testing
- Ensure products meet food safety and quality standards
- Monitor raw materials and production processes
- Analyze processing and wastewater data trends
- Support process improvement and waste reduction initiatives
- Troubleshoot laboratory and production issues
- Assist with audits and compliance activities
- Approve final production batches per specifications
- Communicate quality findings with operations teams
- Support calibration, maintenance, and quality systems Core Duties
- Food quality and safety testing
- Laboratory analysis and reporting
- Process troubleshooting and corrective actions
- Data analysis and trend monitoring
