In this role, you'll lead formulation development, evaluate new ingredients and technologies, conduct pilot plant trials, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to bring innovative products from concept to commercialization. Work Environment Work is performed in laboratory, pilot plant, production, and office environments. Regular exposure to food manufacturing equipment and ingredients.
