Looking for a rewarding career with a company that values people, growth, sustainability, and teamwork? Join our Bennettsville team as an Electrician ! This role will start on a 7am-3:30pm M-F schedule and will transition to a rotating shift after training.
What we are looking for:
High school diploma or GED required; post-secondary mechanical/electrical or trade education preferred. Three years of AC & DC motor control (including drives) and electrical troubleshooting preferred; two to three years of PLC experience preferred. Experience in an industrial manufacturing facility and familiarity with CMMS preferred. Must be able to work at heights in a manufacturing setting. Ability to work extended hours and rotating shifts as required.

Complete assigned work orders, participate in PM/PdM activities, and assist in developing preventive maintenance plans for assigned areas. Work closely with operators, supervisors, planners, and peers to resolve maintenance issues, communicate updates, and ensure a smooth shift transition. Maintain an up-to-date Electrical Logbook, enter work requests for follow-up tasks, and provide shift pass-down information to oncoming technicians. Identify and address quality and safety issues, support operations during upset conditions, and participate in maintenance and functional team meetings.
Physical Requirements:
Ability to move freely throughout the facility, including climbing stairs and ladders, and navigating around equipment and machinery. Ability to bend, stoop, and crouch as necessary to inspect and maintain equipment. Capability to lift and carry materials and equipment weighing up to 70 pounds Ability to perform physical tasks that involve lifting, pushing, pulling, and carrying heavy objects. Endurance to stand and walk for extended periods, often in environments with dust, chemicals, high noise levels and varying temperatures.
