Role :

We are looking for an enthusiastic, entry-level R D Assistant to support our Director of R D in developing better-for-you snacks across our portfolio (HighKey, Moon Cheese, Moon Chips, REAL Cookies). No prior experience necessary — this is a hands-on learning opportunity for someone who loves baking and wants to understand how products go from bench-top recipe to large-scale manufacturing. What You'll Do Prepare sample cookies, crackers, and other snack prototypes from the Director's recipes Support manufacturing documentation, including non-GMO verification paperwork Conduct ingredient searches and maintain ingredient documentation Assist with day-to-day R D tasks at our manufacturing facility Who You Are Passionate about baking and food — home baking experience welcome Curious about food commercialization and eager to learn how products scale in a large manufacturing environment Organized and detail-oriented, comfortable with paperwork and documentation Reliable and able to work a part-time schedule on-site Nice to Have Coursework or interest in food science, nutrition, or a related field To apply, please send your resume and a short note about why this role excites you.
