R D Food Technologist Create-A-Pack Pay will depend on experience United States, Wisconsin, Oconomowoc Jul 15, 2026
Whether you are fresh out of school, a seasoned food technologist or looking for the next step in your career, this position could be the right fit for you. As the R D Technician you will be involved in new product implementation from beginning to end in the follow ways:
Sourcing raw ingredients
Recommend formulation or process changes where needed
Accompany customers during onsite visits
Keep up on and communicate industry updates
Utilize industry knowledge and Genesis program to assist with labeling requirements and regulations
Work closely with Sales and Customer Services to prioritize projects General Requirements for this position include:
Proven customer service skills
Demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize tasks effectively
General industry knowledge of product formulations
Knowledge of basic nutritional labeling requirements
Bachelor's degree in Food Technology or related field, Food Preparation or Culinary certification, or extensive experience in product formulations and food safety
