Bachelor's degree required; Life Sciences preferred About the Role Personalized Healthcare Solutions (PHCS) is seeking an experienced Research Associate III to support research, development, and laboratory activities for Ventana projects. This is an onsite laboratory position in Tucson, Arizona . The successful candidate will apply strong technical expertise and scientific judgment to design, execute, analyze, and document experiments that support project goals and strategies. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, development, and manufacturing laboratory experiments in support of Ventana projects. Apply technical expertise and scientific judgment to the design, execution, and interpretation of experiments. Analyze experimental results and contribute to project strategies and scientific decision-making. Prepare technical reports, experimental summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses. Present and discuss experimental findings with department members and project teams. Maintain current knowledge of relevant scientific literature and emerging technologies. Maintain complete, accurate, and compliant laboratory records and electronic documentation. Follow applicable company policies and procedures, including GMP, GLP, Design Control , and other quality and regulatory requirements. May serve as a principal investigator for assigned experiments and projects. Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams to support project objectives. Required Qualifications Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Life Sciences or a related scientific discipline. Master's degree may be considered with up to one year of relevant experience. 4-6 years of relevant post-college professional experience in a laboratory, research, development, diagnostics, biotechnology, pharmaceutical, or related scientific environment. Demonstrated experience conducting laboratory experiments and interpreting experimental data. Strong technical documentation and scientific communication skills. Ability to work effectively in an onsite laboratory environment. Familiarity with laboratory quality systems and documentation practices.

Pay:
