Position Overview We are seeking a Research Associate II to support research, development, and laboratory activities within a personalized healthcare and in-vitro diagnostics environment. This role will conduct laboratory experimentation, analyze results, prepare technical documentation, and collaborate with project teams to support the development of innovative diagnostic solutions. Key Responsibilities Conduct research, development, and laboratory experiments to support assigned projects. Design, execute, and interpret experiments using appropriate technical expertise and scientific judgment. Prepare technical reports, summaries, protocols, and quantitative analyses . Present and discuss experimental results with department and project teams. Maintain familiarity with relevant scientific literature and contribute to ongoing technical knowledge. Follow applicable GMP, GLP, Design Control , and company policies and procedures. Maintain complete and accurate laboratory records and electronic documentation . May independently lead or serve as the principal investigator for assigned experiments. Qualifications Bachelor's degree required , preferably in Life Sciences or a related scientific field. 2-4 years of relevant post-college experience in a laboratory, research, development, or related scientific environment. Ability to independently conduct experiments, analyze results, and document findings. Strong written and verbal communication skills. Ability to work collaboratively within cross-functional project teams. Familiarity with laboratory quality and documentation practices is preferred. #TMRD
