Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) / Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) About the
Opportunity:
Join a premier, well-established multi-specialty healthcare organization. We are currently seeking a skilled, detail-oriented clinical laboratory professional to join our team at our team! This role offers an exceptional, stable daytime weekday schedule with no weekend or overnight requirements , providing an ideal work-life balance within a collaborative, state-of-the-art diagnostic environment.

PM Compensation & Benefits Hourly Rate:
$25.00 $40.00 / hour (Commensurate with experience and educational background)

Key Responsibilities Perform moderate-to-high complexity clinical laboratory testing accurately and efficiently in accordance with established laboratory policies, guidelines, and protocols. Operate, calibrate, maintain, and troubleshoot advanced diagnostic laboratory instrumentation and technology. Validate test results, maintain rigorous quality control standards, and quickly communicate critical values to healthcare providers. Maintain accurate laboratory documentation, specimen logs, and electronic medical record entries. Work collaboratively with a professional team of clinicians while maintaining the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications & Requirements Required Certification:
Must hold an active certification as a Medical Laboratory Technician (MLT) or Medical Laboratory Scientist (MLS) .
Licensure:
Must hold or be eligible for a valid State of Florida Clinical Laboratory Personnel License .
Experience:
Prior experience working in an active clinical laboratory environment is strongly preferred.

Exceptional organizational skills, strong communication, high technical competence, and a strict commitment to quality patient care.
