Collaborate with healthcare professionals to interpret test results and provide insights based on findings. Stay updated with advancements in medical terminology and laboratory techniques to enhance operational efficiency. Assist in the management of laboratory workflows to optimize productivity and effectiveness. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical Laboratory Science or a related field required. Strong understanding of laboratory techniques, including but not limited to DNA isolation and assay development. Proficiency in data analysis skills with experience in managing laboratory information systems. Familiarity with medical terminology relevant to clinical diagnostics. Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks effectively. Prior experience in a clinical or research laboratory setting is preferred but not mandatory.
