This position is part of a major pharmaceutical company, and requires a Bachelor's degree (preferably engineering). Schedule is full-time M-F (7am-8am start time, 8 hour shift) and may require flexibility to work some evenings and overtime due to projects.

Key Responsibilities:

Assist the DP Pilot Team with pilot scale manufacturing operations and lab management activities. Work hands-on to produce mid-scale mRNA and LNP batches. Assist in lab activities such as buffer optimization/preparation, filtration studies, new technologies evaluation etc. Assist in inventory management of RMs, consumables, and drug products. Assist in equipment management. Clean, set up, and sanitize large-scale process equipment. Document process equipment and operating parameters using an electronic notebook. Documentation support.

Qualifications:

Minimum bachelor's degree (preferably engineering). 1+ years of experience in laboratory preferred. Desire to work in a fast-paced environment. Organizational and communication skills. Ability to be flexible and responsive to change, be a results-driven problem solver.
