Role:

As a Hospital Liaison, you will be responsible for: Developing and maintaining strong relationships with physicians, hospitals, and other community resources to generate referrals and expand our patient base Ensuring a high level of customer service through an effective admissions process, providing exceptional care to residents and their families Collaborating with the rehab team to provide comprehensive care to patients with complex post-surgical care needs and stroke patients

What We're Looking For:

A Bachelor's Degree in healthcare, Marketing, Nursing, or a related field (highly preferred) At least one year of experience working in Marketing, Sales, or a related role in the healthcare industry (preferred) Entrepreneurial spirit and a desire to innovate and push boundaries Knowledge of and sensitivity to the needs of the aging Analytical, creative, and energetic individual with excellent communication skills
