$32//hr on W2 Only local candidates What's the Job? Analyze and investigate product complaints and returned products, including some biohazard materials used in surgical procedures. Manage and maintain accurate records of product experience files in the complaint database. Coordinate with internal teams and external stakeholders to gather necessary information regarding product experiences. Assess reports to determine if medical device reports need to be filed with global regulatory agencies such as the FDA and European authorities. Support regulatory inspections and assist the Legal Department with product complaint documentation. What's Needed? Four-year degree in science-related fields such as biology, chemistry, or life sciences. Experience in complaint handling and product investigation is preferred. Highly organized with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively. Strong cross-functional communication skills to collaborate with diverse teams and external partners. Ability to work onsite in Little Canada, MN, with a commitment to safety and compliance standards.
