- Main responsibilities:
- + Build engagement plans, in collaboration with field partners, that drive internal collaboration to generate field insights, share knowledge and expertise that inform strategic decision-making + Be the trusted scientific partner to external experts, decision-makers, and organizations through timely scientific engagement with an aim to enhance the understanding of the scientific and medical value of our products and pipeline + Conduct quality scientific presentations to educate healthcare providers on disease state and treatment landscape.
- About you:
Basic Requirements:
- + Advanced degree in a relevant scientific or medical field (MD, PhD, PharmD, NP, MS or equivalent clinical advanced degree) + Must reside in territory + Minimum of 2 years of experience in a field medical or MSL role within the pharmaceutical industry, OR demonstrated clinical experience in hemophilia or a related hematology therapeutic area
Preferred Qualifications:
- + Prior MSL experience + Experience in hemophilia, hematology, or rare blood disorders + Prior experience working with healthcare systems, payers, KOLs, and clinical investigators + Familiarity with CRM tools and digital engagement platforms + Highly self-motivated with an entrepreneurial mindset
