Schedule:

Friday-Monday | 10-hour shifts | 9:30 PM-7:30

AM Pay:

$30-$45.04/hr

Sign-On Bonus:

$10,000 commitment incentive, paid in 4 installments over 2 years Position Overview Seeking an experienced Medical Laboratory Scientist II with strong Blood Bank/Transfusion Medicine experience to support a high-volume clinical laboratory.. Qualifications Bachelor's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Science, Chemical/Biological Science, or Associate's degree in Clinical/Medical Laboratory Technology. MT/MLS (ASCP) or MT/MLS (AMT) certification, as applicable to education. Appropriate MLT (ASCP/AMT) or categorical ASCP certification may qualify depending on education. Experience requirements vary by degree/certification combination. Strong Blood Bank experience required , including: Type & Screen Antibody Identification DAT Eluate Phenotyping Antigen Typing Syringe aliquots Irradiation MTP Emergency release protocols MLT candidates may be considered only with actual Blood Bank experience in a large facility (500+ beds).
