Job Description

Join our team as a Medical Laboratory Scientist, performing and reporting various analyses from multiple specimen sources to ensure high-quality laboratory services for patient care. In this role, you will serve as a technical expert, troubleshoot instrument issues, assist with new product evaluations, and support implementation of testing methods. You will interpret specialized testing, ensure competency and quality control, and participate in training and committee activities. The position requires meeting all qualifications for a Medical Technologist, including relevant education and certification, with experience in blood bank testing preferred.
Key responsibilities include:
Performing technical duties and operating laboratory instrumentation Troubleshooting technical problems and making operational decisions in the absence of senior staff Assisting with validation, procedure updates, and inventory management Participating in educational activities and maintaining current knowledge in the field
Qualifications:
