Job Description

Lundbeck seeks a Senior Medical Science Liaison for Rare Epilepsies in the North Central region. In this field-based role, you will build scientific partnerships with neurologists, epileptologists, and key opinion leaders, communicating complex clinical data on Lundbeck's epilepsy portfolio. You will support investigator-initiated research, advisory boards, and medical education, while gathering strategic insights to inform R D and commercial teams. Collaborating cross-functionally, you'll ensure compliant, evidence-based dialogue that advances patient care and supports Lundbeck's mission in neuroscience. Responsibilities Develop and maintain scientific relationships with neurologists, epileptologists, and key opinion leaders in rare epilepsies Communicate and present clinical and real-world data on Lundbeck's epilepsy therapies to external stakeholders Support investigator-initiated studies and clinical trial programs in collaboration with R D and clinical teams Deliver and facilitate compliant medical education programs and advisory boards Gather and synthesize field insights to inform medical strategy and lifecycle planning Partner cross-functionally with commercial, market access, and patient advocacy teams while maintaining medical/scientific independence Ensure all interactions and materials comply with regulatory, legal, and ethical standards Provide internal scientific training on epilepsy and Lundbeck data to field and in-house teams Required Skills Medical affairs KOL engagement Clinical data interpretation Scientific communication Neuroscience/epilepsy expertise Clinical trial support Regulatory and compliance knowledge Medical education development Cross-functional collaboration Field-based stakeholder engagement
