Duties Operate mobile camera units equipped with speed detection technology to monitor vehicle speeds in real-time across designated areas. Capture clear, accurate footage of speeding vehicles for evidence collection and reporting purposes. Maintain detailed logs of all monitored activities, including timestamps, locations, and observed violations. Conduct routine checks on camera equipment to ensure optimal functionality and troubleshoot technical issues promptly. Engage with the public professionally when necessary, providing information about traffic safety initiatives and addressing inquiries. Skills Excellent customer service skills to interact respectfully with the public and community members. Proficiency in report writing with attention to detail for accurate documentation of incidents and activities. Ability to operate sophisticated camera equipment and troubleshoot technical issues efficiently. Physical stamina to work outdoors in various weather conditions while maintaining focus on monitoring tasks. Clear communication skills for coordinating with law enforcement teams and completing detailed reports.
