GRAVEL LOW VOLUME ROAD AND RESOURCE TECHNICIAN DESCRIPTION

This dynamic position is largely responsible to efficiently administrate the Venango Dirt Gravel Low Volume Road (DGLVR) Program with the technical knowledge necessary to evaluate sites for potential pollution and to perform all elements of contract management and reporting through the

PA DGLVR

Program GIS system established by the State Conservation Commission. In addition, this position involves some operational level work administering the PA Department of Environmental Protection delegated programs in the field of Erosion and Sediment (E&S Pollution Control (PA Title 25, Chapter 102). Responsibilities will include, but are not limited to, E&S Plan review, E&S Plan site inspections and some handling of E&S complaints.

Pay:

$40,000.00 - $42,500.00 per year
