9/11/2026 Avance Biosciences Inc., a fast-growing biotechnology CRO, is recruiting several Laboratory Associates in its GLP and/or GMP biological testing departments. This position performs biological tests in accordance with company's established SOPs to support our customers' drug discovery, development, and manufacturing activities. Essential Duties and Responsibilities The omission of a specific duty does not exclude it from this position if the work is similar, related, or a logical extension of this role. Perform Molecular Biology, Microbiology, and Protein experiments following established SOPs and/or the guidance of laboratory management Perform DNA/RNA extraction, quantification, and gel-based quality control Set up PCR for qualitative and quantitative analysis Perform protein purification and analysis using HPLC and related chromatographic techniques Ensure all experiments are conducted on qualified equipment with current use and maintenance logs, supporting data reliability and traceability Maintain and promote safe laboratory practices and a safe working environment Report experimental results to project managers in a timely manner Adhere to established quality management policies and GLP/GMP practices Qualifications Bachelor's degree in a biological science or chemistry (required) Master's degree in a biological science or chemistry (preferred) Hands-on experience with protein purification and HPLC required Strong attention to detail and ability to manage multiple tasks Self-motivated with a proactive, can-do attitude High level of professionalism Special Job Characteristics Excellent interpersonal and communication skills Able to work independently and collaboratively within a team Strong multitasking ability Commitment to the mission and values of Avance Biosciences Inc.
