Job Description

Job Overview:
The Mining Operations Tech plays a vital role in the bitcoin mining operations at CleanSpark. This individual is an essential member of a team that offers round-the-clock support for mining operations while assisting engineering and facilities teams in their functions. Recent graduates and veterans are encouraged to apply! Starting rate varies from $21.00 to $23.00 an hour
Responsibilities and Duties:
Manage equipment shipments, maintain accurate record-keeping and an organized inventory system including tracking spreadsheets. Assist in special projects involving installation or reorganization of mining equipment. Perform basic maintenance tasks on miners like fan and power supply replacement. Monitor mining pool data and report significant changes. Identify and address issues impacting the production environment. Accompany approved visitors within the facility and aid in equipment operations. Provide remote assistance including troubleshooting and equipment reboots. Support facilities team with building and electrical maintenance by communication and problem-solving. Monitor temperatures and report drastic changes in data centers or office spaces. Perform any additional duties as necessary.
Qualifications:
Education:
High School diploma or equivalent is required.
Experience:
While technical background is beneficial, no prior experience needed as on-the-job training will be provided.
Necessary skills:
Capacity to work independently and fulfill assigned tasks, basic computer proficiency.
