Physical Therapy Tech Needed :

Our physical therapy practice needs a Front Office Coordinator / Physical Therapy Tech to help us give our patients a 5-star experience all the time, every time! How will you make a difference? As a Front Office Coordinator / Physical Therapy Tech, you will have the incredible honor to set the stage for each patient's visit. Your whole purpose will be to enhance the patient experience. Your duties as a Front Office Coordinator / Physical Therapy Tech will include: Answer phones / schedule Collect copays and deductibles Call insurance companies to verify and authorize benefits Data entry Keep equipment and tables clean Support efforts of physical Therapist (PT) and other clinical staff Supervision of exercises and equipment Feedback and constant engagement with patients Apply hot and cold packs Laundry and maintaining linen supply Fill out flow sheets as directed by PT Why this job is more than a job In physical therapy, we change people's lives.
