Compensation & Benefits Salary Range:
$150,340 - $224,125 annually (based on experience) Full-time, stable weekday schedule No weekends, supporting strong work-life balance Comprehensive benefits package (details available upon request) Position Overview "Navitas Healthcare, LLC" is seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Medical Physicist to join a leading acute care facility in Richmond, Virginia. This role offers the opportunity to work in a progressive clinical environment focused on innovation, precision, and excellence in patient care. The Medical Physicist will play a critical role in ensuring the safe and effective use of advanced medical technologies, supporting both radiation therapy and diagnostic imaging services. Key Responsibilities Oversee and maintain the performance of radiotherapy and diagnostic imaging equipment Ensure compliance with all safety regulations, quality assurance protocols, and industry standards Collaborate with physicians, clinicians, and technical staff to optimize patient treatment outcomes Support the implementation and advancement of specialized technologies, including neuroscience and radiosurgery services Participate in quality improvement initiatives and continuous process enhancements
Qualifications Education:
Master's Degree in Medical Physics or a related field (Required)
Experience:
