$19.50/hour Benefits include: Competitive pay packages Weekly pay via direct deposit Comprehensive medical benefits (W-2) Robust referral bonus program Paid sick time in accordance with applicable laws Travel and licensure reimbursements where applicable What You'll Do Deliver outpatient radiation therapy including conventional, 3D, IMRT, and stereotactic procedures Prescribe and order tests, imaging, and treatments for adult cancer patients Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team, including APPs and other physicians Maintain accurate documentation within EMR systems such as Mosaiq and Epic Ensure patient care quality and safety during all procedures Cover both outpatient and inpatient oncology services as needed What You Need Valid Ohio medical license and radiation oncology certification Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in radiation therapy Proficiency in external beam radiotherapy techniques (IMRT, SBRT, IGRT) Ability to work independently and as part of a team Strong communication skills and commitment to patient care excellence About the Assignment This position is located at a reputable outpatient cancer center in Lima, Ohio, with coverage at an additional regional center in Celina. The facility focuses on adult, hospital-based cancer care, offering a dynamic environment for professional growth. The assignment involves providing full-time weekly coverage, with scheduling flexibility, to ensure seamless patient treatment.
