$6350.00•$6544.00 Medical Physicist jobs in Galveston, TX let you provide clinical radiation therapy physics services for external beam, IGRT, IMRT/VMAT, SRS/SRT/SBRT, and HDR programs.

Monday•Friday, 8a•5p You'll work with advanced equipment including Varian linear accelerators, Brainlab ExacTrac image guidance, MOSAIQ OIS, Siemens CT simulators, and Elekta HDR afterloaders. Treatment planning systems used are RaySearch RayStation, Elekta Oncentra, and Brainlab Elements. This role requires a Ph.D. in medical physics, physics, engineering, or related physical science, ABR or ABMP certification, and at least three years of full-time clinical experience in radiation oncology physics. Experience fostering a diverse faculty, staff, and educational environment is also required. Galveston, TX offers beautiful beaches, historic neighborhoods, and vibrant dining and entertainment.
