Evaluate, diagnose, and develop personalized radiation treatment plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team. Oversee treatment adjustments, conduct patient follow-ups, and manage side effects. Coordinate care with surgeons, oncologists, radiologists, and participate in tumor boards. Ensure safety, regulatory compliance, and maintain accurate documentation in the EMR system. Educate patients and families about treatments and post-care expectations. Contribute to department improvement initiatives.
Qualifications:
MD or DO degree, board certified or eligible in Radiation Oncology. Valid medical license in Texas. Strong clinical judgment, communication skills, and teamwork ability. Experience with advanced radiation systems preferred.
Details:
