Job Responsibilities:

1. Responsible for technology sourcing and evaluation in emerging fields such as new display technologies, MLED, and sensors, targeting startups and universities; 2. Facilitate strategic collaborations between external companies or academic institutions and internal business units, monitor project progress, and drive project implementation; 3. Actively participate in industry events such as CES, SID, and IEEE conferences to expand expert networks and strengthen technology sourcing channels; 4. Proactively develop external partnerships by maintaining close relationships with venture capital firms, incubators, industry associations, and experts to stay informed about industry trends and dynamics.

Qualifications:

1. PhD degree in electronic engineering, physics, chemistry, or a related field; 2. Prior experience in the display, sensor, or optoelectronic industries is preferred; 3. Fluent in both spoken and written Chinese and English, with strong communication and presentation skills; 4. Ability to flexibly handle temporary assignments, including attending industry exhibitions and managing domestic and international business trips; 5. Excellent proficiency in listening, speaking, reading, and writing in both Chinese and English.
