- Research & Development Tax
- Senior Manager, you will focus on providing tax advice and solutions to clients in complex and niche areas of taxation, including accounting methods, fixed-assets, and research and development tax credits.
- Leading strategic tax planning initiatives to optimize client tax positions in complex areas such as research and development tax credits
- Guiding teams through intricate tax compliance processes, confirming adherence to professional and technical standards
- Applying systems thinking to identify underlying tax-related challenges and opportunities for clients
- Crafting and conveying clear, impactful messages that tell a holistic story to clients and stakeholders
- Validating outcomes with clients, sharing alternative perspectives, and acting on client feedback to enhance service delivery
- Directing teams through complex tax restructuring projects, demonstrating composure in ambiguous situations
- Developing and sustaining high-performing, diverse, and inclusive teams to drive operational excellence
- Initiating open and honest coaching conversations to foster team growth and effectiveness
- Making informed decisions and taking action to resolve issues hindering team performance
- Modeling and reinforcing the firm's code of conduct and independence requirements in all client interactions What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 6 years of experience
- At least one of the following: Certified Public Accountant, Member of the Bar or other tax, technology, or finance-specific credentials may qualify for this opportunity What Sets You Apart
