Job Summary
Tätigkeit
Unterstützung bei der Angebotserstellung sowie Planung, Koordination und Abwicklung von R D-Projekten im Bereich Satellitenanwendungen / Raumfahrt für interne, institutionelle und kommerzielle Kunden
Steuerung von Gesamt- oder Teilprojekten sowie Moderation der entsprechenden Projektteams und der Schnittstellen zu beteiligten Unternehmensbereichen
Verantwortung für die Erstellung und Pflege von Projektplänen und Ressourcebedarf
Aktive Kundenkommunikation zur Abstimmung mit den jeweiligen Kunden und Erfassung der Kundenwünsche, um eine positive Kundenbeziehung aufrechtzuerhalten
Präsentation des Projektstatus in internen und externen Meetings mit klarer und zielorientierter Kommunikation
Verantwortung für die Einhaltung der Projektziele (Zeit, Kosten, Qualität) zur Zufriedenheit des Kunden unter Berücksichtigung der jewiligen internen und externen Regeln und Bestimmungen
Sie haben jederzeit den Überblick über die Terminplanung, die Kosten und die ggfs. anfallenden technischen und programmatischen Änderungen während des laufenden Projekts und betreiben aktives Management von Risiken und Chancen
Qualifikation
Erfolgreich abgeschlossenes Studium aus dem Bereich der MINT Fächer oder vergleichbar
Erfahrung im Projektmanagement
Gute MS Project und MS Office Kenntnisse
Teamfähigkeit, analytische und strukturierte Arbeitsweise sowie Präsentations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten
Erfahrungen mit Projektmanagementtechniken und Methoden wie beispielsweise „Earned-Value-Management" oder Methoden des „Agile Management" wünschenswert
Verhandlungssichere Deutsch- und Englischkenntnisse in Wort und Schrift
