Introduction The Maryland\r\nDepartment of Labor, (MD Labor), Division of Unemployment Insurance is accepting applications from qualified\r\ncandidates for the position of UI Professional III (Trainer). This recruitment will be used to fill current\r\nand future vacancies. The resulting eligible list will be maintained for one\r\nyear after the closing date of the announcement.\r\n\r\n

MANAGER.\r\nMINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS

Six years of\r\nexperience in a public/or private agency rendering and/or determining\r\neligibility for a Human Service Program or other programs.\r\nNotes:
\r\n1. Candidates may\r\nsubstitute the possession of a Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or\r\nuniversity and two years of experience in\r\na public/or private agency rendering and/or determining eligibility for a Human\r\nService Program or other programs for the required experience.\r\n\r\n\r\n2. Candidates may\r\nsubstitute additional graduate level education at an accredited college or\r\nuniversity at the rate of 30 credit hours on a year-for-year basis for the\r\nrequired experience.\r\nSELECTIVE QUALIFICATIONS
\r\nApplicants\r\nmust meet the selective qualification(s) to be considered. Include clear\r\nand specific information on your application regarding your\r\nqualifications.\r\n(1) year of experience in public speaking, group\r\npresentation skills, and teaching to a diverse audience in a private or\r\ncorporate setting.\r\n\r\nDESIRED OR PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
Preference will be given to applicants who\r\npossess the following preferred qualification(s). Include clear and\r\nspecific information on your application regarding your qualifications.\r\nCreating training that is inclusive of disabled audiences\r\nUsing Learning Management Systems to present training materials.\r\nDeveloping engaging training modules that include online platforms.\r\nGoogle Docs, Drive, Slides, Sheets, etc. (or the Microsoft equivalent)\r\nGraphic Design is a plus\r\nUnemployment Insurance experience a plus\r\nSPECIAL REQUIREMENTS
