Facilitate and lead regular team meetings, setting clear agendas, tracking action items, and documenting outcomes to maintain project momentum. Conduct thorough technical reviews, providing insights for FMEAs, design analyses, risk assessments, and qualification plans to drive product quality and reliability. Collaborate closely with suppliers on design for manufacturability (DFM) reviews, root cause corrective actions (RCCA), and procurement processes to resolve part issues effectively. Assess resource needs and project priorities, providing key inputs for headcount, budget, and scheduling requirements to optimize team efficiency. Prepare and present detailed project status reports and summaries to upper management and cross-functional teams, showcasing progress and strategic alignment. Must-Have:

MS in Mechanical Engineering required 5-10 years of mechanical design and/or product development experience Proven project management and/or project leadership experience Excellent interpersonal skills Strong written and verbal communication skills
