Epic Research Analyst at Insight Global, LLC in Fayetteville, Arkansas, United States Job Description Job Description We are seeking an Epic Research Analyst to support and optimize research-related workflows following a recent Epic implementation. The analyst will partner with research teams, clinicians, and operational stakeholders to configure and enhance Epic Research functionality, ensuring clinical trial and research processes are effectively supported. Responsibilities include application build, workflow analysis, testing, documentation, issue resolution, and ongoing system enhancements. This individual will work closely with end users to gather requirements and translate business needs into scalable Epic solutions. Experience supporting clinical research operations, study management, research orders, and regulatory documentation within Epic is highly preferred. Knowledge of Epic Dorothy/Home Health workflows is a strong plus, as the organization continues to expand and optimize care delivery processes. The ideal candidate will have Epic Research certification or equivalent hands-on experience supporting research-focused Epic environments. Strong communication skills and the ability to collaborate across clinical, research, and IT teams are essential for success in this role. • Experience configuring, supporting, and optimizing research-related orders, documentation, and workflows within Epic.
• Strong understanding of clinical research processes, including study management, regulatory requirements, and research data collection.
• Experience gathering requirements from clinical and research stakeholders and translating them into Epic system enhancements and solutions.
• Epic Dorothy (Home Health) certification or experience supporting home health workflows, mobile documentation, and field-based clinical users is highly preferred.
