12-month contract, Potential for extension or conversion to permanent Responsibilities Perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis Responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle Play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution Requirements 2-4 years of hands-on laboratory experience Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to interpret complex data accurately Excel at relaying technical information effectively Solid grasp of industry best practices and compliance standards Prior experience working in a clinical or fast-paced laboratory setting (preferred) Hands-on experience with reagent formulation processes (preferred) Proficiency using SAP for inventory or production management (preferred) System One, and its subsidiaries including Joulé and Mountain Ltd., are leaders in delivering outsourced services and workforce solutions across North America.
