Note:

This is a 100% laboratory-based role. Candidates must have prior, recent lab experience; recent graduates without hands-on experience will not be considered. Strong experience with wet-lab techniques is preferred. Formulation, Reagent preparation, Media preparation and Other hands-on wet-lab techniques pilot-scale fermentation, manufacturing readiness, production support, and process scale-up, manufacturing processes A Master's degree may be considered overqualified for this position. Position Summary:

This is an onsite position for an experienced Research Associate II - Pilot Plant with 2-4 years of post-college experience. Join our team to drive precision in our laboratory operations. In this role, you will perform hands-on reagent formulation, ensuring the highest standards of quality and purity through rigorous analysis. You will be responsible for interpreting experimental data, maintaining strict compliance with safety protocols, and documenting your findings to support our production lifecycle. Beyond core lab duties, you will play a key role in our Research Use Only (RUO) operations, supporting the formulation, filling, and packaging of reagent products destined for commercial distribution.
