QUALIFICATIONS

Education & Experience Master's degree or higher in Occupational Therapy, Industrial-Organizational Psychology, Organizational Development, Public Health, Social Work, Counseling, Human Resources, or another closely related field Doctoral degree in Occupational Therapy is preferred Demonstrated experience conducting research, analyzing information, synthesizing findings, and developing practical recommendations Excellent written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, including the ability to prepare professional reports, presentations, and educational materials for a variety of audiences Strong analytical, organizational, and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities independently Demonstrated proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook Academic coursework, research, internship experience, or professional experience focused on workforce wellness, burnout prevention, compassion fatigue, secondary traumatic stress, employee resilience, psychological safety, organizational well-being, or related topics Experience developing educational resources, toolkits, training materials, or organizational programs Experience collaborating with multidisciplinary teams and external partners Familiarity with employee relations, behavioral health, human resources, organizational development, or workforce engagement initiatives Education Preferred Masters or better in Pre-Occupational Therapy Doctorate or better in Pre-Occupational Therapy Skills Preferred Written and verbal communication Work mobile, fast paced environment Work Independently Time management System management Multi-tasker Multi-line phone management Flexibility in schedule Culturally competent Computer skills Collaborative Attention to detail Adhere to all confidentiality requirements Ability to use laptop computer Equal Opportunity Employer This employer is required to notify all applicants of their rights pursuant to federal employment laws.
