Best-fit candidate:
A Scientist/Associate Scientist with a background in analytical chemistry, biochemistry, bioinformatics, or protein characterization, with hands-on LC-MS/MS and mAb characterization experience plus strong Python/statistical/data-processing skills.
Major selling point:
This is not a traditional wet-lab-only Associate Scientist role. The strongest candidates will combine biotherapeutic mass spectrometry + laboratory sample preparation + data analysis/programming + modern AI tools.
