Job:
The Graduate College has an opening for a miscellaneous wage position which will support our graduate admissions team.
Major Responsibilities:
Enter data and maintain records in the Slate CRM Oversee query management and auditing responsibilities Utilize reports & system modules in CRM for tracking inquiries & application materials Respond to emails using CRM automation and Inbox system Assist with on-campus and virtual events (registration & materials, check-in etc.) Scan and upload documents Other duties as assigned
Qualifications:
