Responsibilities include:Project Management:
Facilitate and manage cross-functional, complex projects as assigned by the senior management team. Contribute to initiatives that enhance financial sustainability, operational efficiency, and quality care delivery. Research, analyze, and apply practical solutions to administrative challenges, leveraging internal and external resources.Collaboration and Leadership Development:
Collaborate with leaders across OBGYN and other departments to support interdisciplinary projects and institutional goals. Develop leadership skills through mentorship, professional development activities, and active participation in strategic initiatives. Attend Grand Rounds, Public Health and Health Professions (PHHP) seminars, and other relevant educational programs.Data Analysis and Reporting:
Prepare and distribute financial and non-financial reports to inform decision-making and project outcomes. Conduct revenue cycle analysis and develop actionable strategies for improvement. Identify opportunities for increased operational efficiency and effectiveness through data driven recommendations.Professional Development:
Participate in departmental and institutional meetings to gain exposure to strategic planning and executive decision-making. Receive mentorship to explore areas of personal and professional interest, with feedback provided in a constructive and professional manner.Other Duties:
Serve as a liaison with internal and external stakeholders to support departmental and institutional initiatives. Perform additional duties as assigned to enhance professional growth and contribute to the success of the fellowship.About Gainesville:
