No Offer Description The hosting structure The Curie Institute Research Center The "Institut Curie" is a major player in the research and fight against cancer. It consists of a hospital and a Research Center of more than 1000 employees with a strong international representativeness. The objective of the Curie Institute Research Center is to develop basic research and to use the knowledge produced to improve the diagnosis, prognosis, and therapeutics of cancers as part of the continuum between basic research and innovation serving the patient. Job description Laboratory The 'Chemistry and Modelling for Cancer Biology' unit (UMR9187) is located at the Institut Curie research centre in Orsay. It is an interdisciplinary unit dedicated to designing and synthesising molecular probes and anti-cancer drug candidates and studying their mechanisms of action. The unit comprises 50 people and is supported by:

• three research teams.
• Two cross-disciplinary divisions (modelling and biology).
• the 'Chimiothèque' platform, which is one of the largest in France with almost 13,000 compounds resulting from 70 years of research.

Description of the activities Ensure the culture of adherent cell lines (BS2) Perform cytotoxicity tests Perform IP1 (inositol monophosphate) dosage tests Perform proliferation and invasion tests Carry out RNA extraction and downstream analyses (RT-qPCR) Collaborate closely with researchers to analyze experimental data and contribute to the project's progress …/… Candidate Profile Training and experience required

Experience:
