Job Description

This grant funded role supports FL-LIFE, a 12 month community health research study conducted by Mayo Clinic Florida, focused on nutrition and cancer prevention in rural and underserved communities. The position combines research and administrative support- program tracking, data management, documentation and meeting coordination- with direct particpant-facing work, debriefing clients, providing navigation to community services, supporting digital literacy and conducting cohort follow-up.
Qualifications:
Strong IT, data management and support skills- proficiency maintaining electronic trackers, records and office systems Clean driving record and reliable transportation- local travel within the Clay and Putnam county service area. Related experience in the research support, care navigation, community health, case management and nonprofit program coordination Excellent organizational and interpersonal and communication skills; respect for privacy and confidentiality (HIPAA) Preferred undergraduate degree in public health, social services or a related field; familiarity with the Melrose, Putnam and Clay county communities.

$35,000.00 - $48,000.00 per year
