Function Sunflower Breeding Associate Main Goal Contribute to the advancement of superior cultivars for target markets in Argentina. Conduct phenotyping and quality data analysis to support plant breeders. Manage teams involved in both field and office-based activities. Job description Participate in the development of new cultivars using the germplasm available within the Limagrain Group. Collaborate on conversion projects involving different trait platforms, including transgenic events and production technologies. Use global germplasm appropriately, following Limagrain standards regarding Freedom to Operate (FTO) and respecting intellectual property regulations. Maintain the breeding information system and related databases up to date. Participate in the hybrid advancement process. Comply with safety and environmental standards as required by the relevant Limagrain department to ensure that all research activities are conducted safely. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives and in the development and implementation of the company's Integrated Management System. Participate in the organization and coordination of winter nurseries.
