  • Carrot & Onion to join our Agricultural Solutions team for our BASF Nunhems vegetable seed business in Pasco, WA.
This is a remote, field-based role in the Pasco, WA area. The Trial Technician supports the Product Development (PD) Specialist and Crop Lead in the execution of research-level yield trials aimed at identifying superior-performing seed products. This role is responsible for implementing, maintaining, and collecting high-quality data from trials across all crop stages-from planting and growth monitoring to harvest. The technician contributes to trial planning and execution, ensures completion of crop cycles, and supports data evaluation and reporting. Additionally, the Trial Technician provides technical support and agronomic insights to local sales teams, coordinates trial logistics including contracts and stakeholder engagement, and presents trial outcomes and competitive market data to internal and external stakeholders. The role plays a key part in shaping regional product strategies through data-driven recommendations.
