Part-Time Office and Field Assistant

We are looking for a dependable, friendly part-time office assistant to join our team. This position is a great opportunity for a high school or college student looking to gain work experience.

What we are looking for:
  • Basic computer skills
  • Basic math skills
  • General office skills, including filing and answering phones
  • Friendly and comfortable working with the public
  • Able to listen and communicate
  • Able to work independently as part of a team
  • Able to read a tape measure
  • Basic understanding of geometry
  • Comfortable taking pictures using an iPad
  • Able to understand basic directions, including North, South, East and West
  • Willingness to learn office and field work
Bonus Skills:
  • Understanding legal descriptions
  • Previous office or customer service experience
    A large part of this job involves working with the people who may be frustrated, upset, or unhappy.
