Senior Research Technician (3rd Shift)
Pay:
$21.00/hour + $2.00/hour shift differential
Schedule:
Sunday-Thursday, 11:00 PM-7:30
AM Location:
On-site Position Summary The Senior Research Technician supports product development and laboratory testing activities by preparing samples, conducting tests, documenting results, and maintaining laboratory records. This position works closely with chemists and technical teams in a modern, climate-controlled laboratory environment. Responsibilities Produce and test sample batches Prepare test data and samples for customer and product submissions Maintain product development and raw material records Evaluate incoming raw materials and submit SDS documentation Support calibration and quality record processes Conduct routine testing and maintain accurate documentation Follow all laboratory safety procedures and safe chemical handling practices Assist with hazardous waste management when required Qualifications High School Diploma or equivalent required Laboratory, manufacturing, quality, or technical experience preferred Strong organizational, analytical, and communication skills Proficient with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) Ability to work independently and accurately in a fast-paced environment Benefits Medical, Dental & Vision Insurance 401(k) with Company Match Paid Time Off Tuition Reimbursement Referral Bonus Program Life Insurance Parental Leave Employee Assistance Program Flexible Spending & Health Savings Accounts Professional Development Opportunities LG Chem is an Equal Opportunity Employer.
