robert.pace@eku.edu Job Summary/Basic Functions Undergraduate students needed to interrogate a selected set of fungal (Pyricularia) genomes for the presence of Starship mobile genetic elements and evidence of possible excision events. Qualifications include experience in the UNIX command line interface, the software package MiniMap, and interpretation of bioinformatic genomic interrogation results.
